Early Years Open Afternoon

We will be hosting an Open afternoon for the Glasgow Steiner Schools Early Years department.

Part Time French Teacher

French Teacher
Job Description & Person Specification

Salary: £9 per hour
Hours: 12
Closing date: 27th January 2010

The French Teacher provides French lessons which follow the Steiner Curriculum for classes in the Lower School (ages 6 – 12 years) and is responsible for preparation of lesson materials.

The job may involve supervising children during break periods and where possible involvement in festivals and attendance at educational and other meetings.

The French Teacher will be expected to work with a mentor appointed by the College and to participate in on-going peer appraisal and teacher training.
The French Teacher is responsible through the College to the Board of Trustees.

The post is part-time. The hours may vary but are usually in the region of 12 hours per week.

Holiday entitlement is based on the normal school holidays.

Winter Fayre

Glasgow Steiner School Winter Fayre and Market on Saturday 12th December 11am - 4pm.

Why not join us for a day of celebration? There will be a puppet show, craft activities, games, a secret shop (for children only!), live music, face painting and a visit from King Winter!

This year we also have a fabulous craft market selling wonderful one-of-a kind gifts, ideal for Christmas!

Relax with delicious homemade food in our cafe and indulge in a cupcake at our tea shoppe.
